We are looking for a dynamic and experienced project manager to lead our projects in the development of payment processing solutions and innovative communication applications. The project manager will be responsible for planning, managing and executing projects, as well as coordinating the development team.
The main missions that will be entrusted to you :
- Frame, plan and define projects in terms of costs, deadlines and quality.
- Contribute to the design of software solutions developed by Afsol
- Participate in strategic project committee meetings with management
- Engage in framing phases with the client.
- Facilitate committee meetings
- Lead a project
- Supervise team members and ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with specifications
- Plan and coodinate the necessary resources to successfully complete projects
The profil sought :
- You have a Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering or a related field. Ideally, you have a successful first experience in a similar role, preferably in the software editing or payment solutions sector.
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- You are organized, autonomous and reactive to lead and coordinate a project
- You possess analytical and synthesis skills
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- You have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- You can work under pressure and meet deadlines
The skills required :
- An understanding of more traditional project management
- An understanding and practice of agile project management and DevOps
- Comfortable with Linux environments and Docker container
- Experience in Cloud and DevOps projects would be a real plus
- In-depth knowledge of management methodologies and their practical application
